Expecting a parcel through Waylo Go? Here's how the one-time delivery code works — no account or app required on your side.

1. Step 1

   We text or email you a code

   When your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a 6-digit code on the phone number or email the sender provided.

2. Step 2

   Meet the verified traveler

   The traveler is ID-verified on Waylo Go. Check the parcel matches what you were expecting before sharing your code.

3. Step 3

   Share the code at drop-off

   Only give the code once you have the parcel in hand. The traveler enters it in the app to confirm delivery and release payment from escrow.

4. Step 4

   Code expires in 24 hours

   Each code works once. If it expires or you didn't receive it, ask the sender to resend from their Waylo Go parcel page.
