For everyone's safety and to keep travelers out of trouble at customs, these items may never be posted or carried on Waylo Go. Violations result in account suspension and may be reported to authorities.

• Drugs & controlled substances

  Recreational, prescription without proof, or counterfeit medication.

• Weapons, ammo & explosives

  Firearms, knives, ammunition, gunpowder, fireworks, anything that fires a projectile.

• Cash & monetary instruments

  Currency, bearer bonds, gift cards in bulk, blank cheques.

• Precious metals & bullion

  Gold or silver bars, ingots, unset gemstones, rare coins.

• Hazardous materials

  Lithium-ion batteries (outside devices), flammables, aerosols, propane, gasoline, radioactive material, corrosives.

• Live animals & biologicals

  Pets, insects, fish, human remains, blood or tissue samples.

• Counterfeit or stolen goods

  Replica luxury items, unauthorised electronics, anything you can't prove you own.

• Anything illegal in origin, transit or destination

  If a customs officer would seize it, do not ship it.
